The winner will receive a free digi image from the (Digi Store).

The winner from Week 44 -Thank You/ Winter colours can be found at the bottom of the post!
Let’s see what the fabulous team have made us for this weeks challenge!

Scatty Jan I could not resist using the lovely Octavia Best Friends Digi again. She is soooo adorable and that cutie little owl too. I coloured using Graph'it Markers . The tree and the reindeer are pre coloured images from The Festive Hollybobs CD , the bows and sentiment are also from there. Although the photo makes it look like a tag it is actually a hanger measuring 7 inches , finished off with a few gems and a legnth of ribbon xx

Caz  For my project I have made a center step card.. I have used the lovely image called Tree, from the lovely work n play 5, Festive Hollybob's Collection..Papers, Bow and sentiment are all from the same collection. And are available as a Download or on CD.

Crafting Vicky - I just LOOOOVE being able to get some Christmas crafting done ahead... don't you?!?  So for my card I used the super cute little image called Cards from the great Festive Hollybob's collection that you can purchase here Download or on CD. And the paper is also from that same fab collection.

Yvonne - I used 'Work & Play: Festive Hollibobs' which is available as a digi download collection and also as a CD-Rom.  I used the pre-coloured image 'Sleightime' but you can get it as a single black and white digi by clicking 'Sleightime'.  The papers are from the collection as are the snowflake embellies. The ribbon has been coloured with my Graph'It Markers.

Tanya  So this week’s challenge is Xmas Celebrations and Ive decided to go back to card making and use elements and papers from the Festive Hollybobs Work & Play 5 download
Festive Hollybobs is also available as a CD HERE
I’ve decoupaged the picture of the choir digi by printing off four images and cutting and layering them up and putting them in a box I made from the spotty blue and white paper printed from the download behind some snowy acetate.  I decoupaged the poinsettia too.  The snowflakes and the bow were made from dies cut on my Cuttlebug and then glittered.  You can get all the details of my make from my blog.

Lynda- Hi :-)  I decided to make a project that counts down to the Christmas celebrations :-) I used  beautiful papers from the Work & Play Collection 5 FESTIVE HOLLYBOBS Collection you can buy this here  The beautiful Mistletoe digi stamp is from the same collection. Cant wait to see your christmas creations xx

Monica.-For this project I chose to make a bottle gift box in non traditional Chrismas colors. To make this  gift box I used the colorful papers that comes with Winston Full Collection. The Winston Bear Celebrate is also part of the collection, but if you want just this digi, you can find it here.
Cibele -You can't have a celebration without inviting some people over and in order to do that, you are going to need invitations. Well, we have got you covered!  I made one for a Tree Trimming party and one for a Cookie Exchange - both popular parties this time of the year.

I used papers from the Festive Hollybobs Collection for both and then inserted a Text Box right on top, added my text and popped in my digi. For the Tree Trimming invite I used Santa (he's also available in the Festive Hollybob Collection colored and uncolored) and for the the Cookie Exchange I used Chef from the Work and Play 7 Collection (also available colored and uncolored). After I printed them, I colored them with my copics. I then trimmed them down and mounted them onto cardstock and they are ready to be popped into the mail. These are so quick and easy to make, especially if you use the precolored images available in the collections.
Julie - For my centre stepper card,  I have used the wonderful Polkadoodles Festive Hollybobs full collection download, which is also available on CD if you are patient enough (unlike me) to wait for delivery and the gorgeous main image, which is called Hollybobs Tree Fun, is also available singly in the Digiworld Store HERE
The paper, sentiment, crackers, deer and North Pole sign are all included in the Festive Hollybobs full collection download and CD too, what a bargain
Kate - I have been soooooo good this year and well ahead in my Christmas card makes I only had 3 left to make, so after this one that's 2....When I saw this super cute image I knew I had to use it for my furbabies Christmas card. The image is called 'Sleightime' and can be brought alone or on the fab 'Work & Play 5 Festive Hollybobs Collection'. The blue snowfall paper and the calendar are both on the CD too.
Wendy - Christmas is always a celebration, but never so much as when it's baby's first and I've made matching cards and candles for a boy and a girl. The papers are from Festive Hollybobs, with the pink papers having been recoloured in Craft Artist. The images are from this collection too, but are also available as individual digi's here for the boy and here for the angel.
Jane – Hi everyone! So what better way to celebrate Christmas than with a skating party! I know I’m on the ice the minute…….Ok so I am lying through my teeth here. I can barely stand on the ice let alone skate but the fabulous Hollybobs Skater looks the picture of grace spinning around with her friends! I thought an easel card would be best to create the scene and have used some of the fabby papers and one of the sentiments from the Work & Play 5 – Festive Hollybobs Full Collection; such gorgeous colours and designs!  I made two if the images smaller and flipped one of them to make my little party!  Gotta luuuurve digis!! J Enjoy your day! xxx
Emma - For my card I have used the super cute Snowballing digi stamp that can be found Here, I have coloured him up using Copics & added some glamour dust & snowtex. All the papers & sentiments can be found in the full Festive Hollybobs collection Here along with the fab snowballing digi.
Nikki - Christmas is fast approaching so it is fitting that this week's challenge is all about XMAS celebrations. My inspiration card is using the cute image called "Crackers". It is available either as a single digital stamp or as a whole set named Work and Play 5 Festive Hollybobs, either available in CD or instant download. The designer paper and sentiment are also from the set. I inked "Crackers" up with my Copic markers.... hope you enjoy =)

wk46 - presents and gifts...Digi Choosday Crafting Challenge

IT'S DIGI CHOOSDAY!!!!

It's the countdown to Christmas and we are all feeling a bit festive here at Digi Choosday, how are you getting on with the christmas makes and present shopping? Hopefully the great selection of inspiration below will get you well and truly into the festive spirit.......

Now without further ado, let's see what this weeks challenge is:

Present and Gifts...
To enter the challenge you can make anything you like, from a card to a home décor item and anything in between.  You DO NOT Have to use our products to enter.
You have until 2nd December to enter and the winner will be announced on 9th December, so lots of time to get your entry in. All we ask is that you follow the theme and the simple rules that can be found in the side bar.
The winner will receive a free digi image from the (Digi Store).

The winner from Week 43 - Lace can be found at the bottom of the post!

Let’s see what the fabulous team have made us for this weeks challenge!

Anjie - For my project this week I have made a gift box for my make to put a present inside.I have used a paper (printed onto card) and embellishments from the Work & Play Festive Hollybobs CD. I have printed the poinsettia 3 times and decoupaged it up to give it some dimension. The presents, reindeer, holly and sentiment are all on 3D foam to give them dimension as well.

Scatty Jan I decided to make up one of the little bags from Work and Play Festive Hollybobs CD - I say little but it stands at 6inches so an ideal gift bag. I also used the pre coloured North Pole, Heart and Candy Cane from the same CD, adding a little white shimmer detail sparkle and glossy accents. The bow is also from the collection.

Crafting Vicky - So in my case I thought the theme would mean to show some presents and gifts on the creation.... Therefore I used the great image Angel Pressies that you can also find as part of the great set Angelberry Christmas.  I used some papers and some embellishments from the fabulous Work and Play 5 Festive Hollybobs.  I printed the presents twice so that I could pop it up with some foam.  The sentiment is also from that set.

Julie - I have used the gorgeous poinsettia paper from the Festive Hollybobs Download to make my gift bag,  the image is called Hollybobs Presents and is availably singly from the store HERE or in the download collection and also on the Festive Hollybobs CD. The bow and the sentiment are also included in the download and CD, perfect for cards and projects at this time of year.  I then just finished the bag off with some bakers twine and some pretty edging at the bottom of the bag using my Martha Stewart punch

Caz For my project I have made a pop up card.  Using Santa available as a Clear Stamp, also as a Digi Stamp... All the papers, elements and sentiment, are all from Work n Play collection 5,  Festive Hollybobs available as a Download, or on CD. I love this collection everything you need for christmas cards.

Tanya - So this week the challenge is ‘Presents & Gifts’ and I’ve decided to get ahead with some little stocking filler presents by making some sweetie bags topped with the absolutely gorgeous Design Sheets printed out onto card and decoupaged and glittered.  The Design Sheets are on the Festive Hollybobs Work & Play download and also available on HERE  and finished off with Stickles Glitter Glue in Xmas Red.  More details can be found on my blog.

Wendy - With Christmas creeping up thick and fast, I thought I'd use the opportunity to use my DT projects to make my gifts for the family. With so many to do though, hand colouring isn't always an option, so I decided to use a design sheet from the  Festive Hollybobs collection. Every image and paper is taken purely from 1 single A4 sheet.and with the addition of some sparkly Stickles it's easy and cost effective.

Nikki - My card for the "presents" challenge is using the adorable Presents digital image. She is available in the Work and Play 5 Festive Hollybobs collection. You can either purchase the CD version or the instant download version. The sentiment and digital papers are also from the same collection. That is one of the nice things about the Polkadoodles collections is the ability to have everything you need to make a creative project right at your fingertips.

Monica - I love handmade gift. So for this project I made an apron giftbox filled with homemade baking goodies. The lovely girl chef is from the brand new Work and Play Collection 7. All the pattern papers, the adorable reindeer and the bells are from Work and Play Collection 5.-Festive Hollybobs.

Cibele -In keeping with this week's challenge theme, I chose to make gift tags that look like little presents. I used the digi papers and sentiments from the Work and Play Festive Hollybobs Collection. I printed the sentiment tickets and then cut them out and colored the little holly leaves and berries with Copic markers. I added a little bit of matching curling ribbon and a dimensional sticker from my stash. The finished cards are 3" x 3". These are easily mass produced and perfect to make with your leftover digi scraps.

KateI decided this week not to use an image but to use some of the amazing Christmas papers in the 'Work & Play 5 - Festive Hollybobs' Collection to make some gift tags for the start of my pressie wrapping this weekend ....... BUT I still managed to find a teeny bit of colouring to do :) All the details are on my blog.

Emma - For my project this week i have made a little gift bag & put a few craft bits inside. I have used the gorgeous Rose Budd Miss Hetty who can be found as a digi Here. The papers & the roses that i have cut out are from the full download Rose Budd collection Here or you can also get the CD collection Here. I have coloured up the beautiful Miss Hetty with Copic's & Pro Marker & have added a little bit of stickles glitter to the rose on her hat

Jane – Hi everyone! For my Presents & Gifts project I chose to dive into the awesome Work & Play 5 – Festive Hollybobs Full CollectionYou really are spoilt for choice with all the gorgeous elements on here.  So here is my diorama/shadow box thingy card (not the proper name I’m sure) which I adore making! So dimensional and sooooo easy to do! Well I wouldn't do it otherwise!!  I made a few little pressies from some of the fab papers and added a bit of ribbon and there you go!  Enjoy your day! xx

Lynda Hi all :-) This is my first project for such a wonderful team! The theme is presents and gifts so I decided to try something new and make a shadow box card. I make the little presents using beautiful papers from the Work & Play Collection 5 FESTIVE HOLLYBOBS Collection you can buy this here.  I needed someone to make the presents so I chose this cute Elf digi stamp and added a sentiment ticket from the same collection. Looking forward to seeing your designs xx

 .
Yvonne - Hi there everyone - so for the challenge of 'Presents and Gifts' I opted for an image with a present in it and I made a tag so I could attach it to the gift. Genius - I am not! Like so many of the rest of the team I reached for 'Work & Play; Festive Hollibobs' which you can get as a digi download collection or as a CD-Rom. I used the fab pre-coloured image of 'Tree Fun' which you can buy as a black and white digi image here.  I used a backing paper from Festive Hollibobs collection to cut my tag out of, and printed some holly embellies too.  I glittered a die cut snowflake and added a snowflake border to make the tag really special.

WOW! What a great collection of inspiration for you, some really fab makes from the team this week!

Now let’s see what the fabulous team have made us for this weeks challenge!

Anjie - This is a hard one for me as I usually throw everything I have at a card! It was soooo hard to step away lol. The image is Octavia thinking from the download store and is colured with my Graph'It Markers. The pens I have used can be found on my blog.

Yvonne - Hello everyone, well I thought CAS would be scary but I actually loved it and I really like what I came up with. I used Amelia Braids digi image which you can get here. I also used one of the backing papers from the Pretty Sweet Collection.  Amelia has been coloured with my Graph'It Markers, a full list of colours used is on my blog. Including the new release colours.......

Crafting Vicky  - Oh my... just the word CAS is hard for me... For my make I decided to use the very cute little Winston Heartfelt that you can purchase alone or part of the great Winston full collection.  The paper and sentiment are from the same collection.

Scatty Jan hmmmm CAS took some thinking. I decided to make my Granddaughter a Name table setting for Christmas. I used the Festive Hollybobs Collection using the pre coloured image and adding her name.

It really was very simple but as I loved it so much, I had to do one for everyone- All of the images are from the same collection - How cute!

Wendy - This week was really hard for me, can't do CAS very well! I chose the North Pole sign  from the embellishments section of Festive Hollybobs and coloured with Graph'Its. With a little bit of Stickles glitter glue, I think it's simple but effective. The sentiment is from the same collection.

Julie - I found this theme quite difficult as I don't think I have ever made a CAS card before. For my card I have used the wonderful new Winston Download.  There is a gorgeous selection of Kraft papers as well as patterned papers in this download, The lovely Winston birthday image is also from the download, it's also available on the Winston CD and as a single image called Winston Bear Birthday in the Polkadoodles Digiworld Store HERE

Caz..Here is my CAS card, I'm not one for adding lots to my cards, but had to think about this one...I have used the lovely Etty's New Dress available as a digi download here, which is also in the fab Winston collection download and available on CD too.

Jane – Hi everyone! Sooooo excited to be here! Jumping up and down embarrassingly as we speak! J Anyway, I played with the gorgeous Etty Shy and elements from the Winston Full Collection to create my card.  I used Serif for my matting and layering to produce a single layered topper. I also re-sized two of the flower embellishments (love digis!!), cut them out and used them to add a little (but not too much) 3D interest.  So there it is.  Clean and simple! Enjoy your day! xx

Emma - Hi this is my CAS card & i have used the ever so cute Hollybobs Little elf who can be found Here or in the Hollybobs full collection Here  & have coloured him up using Copic's & Pro Markers. The paper & little tag can also be found in the Hollybobs full collection.

Kate -  I love CAS cards but at the minute I'm trying to learn to make the cards with Loads of embellies on, so had to reign myself in again :) I used Ralph with Hat and coloured him with Pro Markers, more details are on my blog xx

Monica - This is my first post here and I´m pretty excited to be part of this talented design team.
I´m not very familiar with CAS cards, this is my very first attempt on it. My focal point is the lovely Hollybobs Mailbox digistamp, colored with a mix of Spectrum Noir Pens and Prismacolor Pencils. This digi, the sentiments and the background papers are all part of Work and Play 5-Festive Hollybobs Collection

Tanya - I used to really struggle to think of card designs when it comes to Clean & Simple as I love lots of dimension and embellishments on my cards, but Nikky’s lovely designs have made the task a lot lot easier.  I’ve used the utterly gorgeous Xmas Angelberry Pray digi stamp which is available HERE for the great price of only £2.00 or available as an actual clear stamp HERE.  I coloured her using Graph'Its and added a touch of glitter to her wings and Wink of Stella on her hair.  I absolutely adore this image and now plan to make more cards featuring her.  A full list of the ‘ingredients’ I have used to make the design can be found on my blog.

Nikki - My inspiration card for the CAS themed challenge is using the ever so cute Winston Bear Get in Touch. I have a really soft spot for teddy bears and inking them up, so when I saw the Winston collection I just knew I had to create something with him. There are a variety of ways that Winston can be purchased. He can be purchased as a single digital stamp here, or you can buy the full Winston collection either by CD or instant download. The Winston collection includes numerous items, including the digital papers I used with this card.

And now for the winner from Week 42 - The winner chosen at random is:

# 11 Kym
